Semester closing soon

The current semester is steadily coming to an end. The last regular training will take place on Thursday, June, 30th. On this day I want to invite everybody, including friends and family, to come by. We will do a short training and anyone who would like to is welcome to give a small demonstration …

Outdoor training
During summer holidays the school is closed. Therefore no regular dojo training takes place. But to keep up the routine, we will occasionally meet at our preferred spot besides the Paulinenwarte in the Türkenschanzpark for outdoor training. Dates and times will be prearranged orally and announced on the website and via Facebook. Here is some additional information:

  • Please bring your weapons. If you do not have any yet, please let me know in advance.
  • Some light footwear, if you are not willing to walk barefoot, as well as something to protect your head against the sun, sunglasses, something to drink and if needed an insect spray is recommended.
  • If weather conditions are (too) bad, the appointment is cancelled automatically.
  • Spread the word – everyone is very welcome. First lesson for newbies is free. If you are not a regular member of Aikido Yuyashinkai, the contribution for each lesson is 5 Euro.

Summer seminar in Graz
The Aikido summer course held by our Shihan Stéphane Benedetti will take place this year from July, 9th until July, 17th in Graz. It is as usual possible to do only single days/lessons or weekends. Early bird prices are offered. The announcement you can find in the attachment.

Back in the dojo
The next semester will start shortly after school opening, expected about mid September. Exact dates/times will be provided as soon as possible.
