Aikido Yuyashinkai: kagami biraki online 2021

This years kagami biraki was quite special, but wonderful to celebrate anyways. Within a week everyone was invited to do some bokken suburi on his own, count them and so we wanted to complete 2021 suburi in total during the online event on Monday, 11th.

When we summed up during the ceremony it came out that already 2000 suburi had been done beforehand, mostly by Maria and Lionel, who also sent some footage of their contribution. Ean finally performed the last 21 cuts and then we went on and reached some 2771 in total! What a great effort and hopefully a good omen for this years training!

Thank you all for your dedication and participation, all your effort and martial spirit you showed. It is you that keeps Aikido (Yuyashinkai) alive so that everyone can develop and grow in spite of the difficult circumstances we are facing.
